Returns + Exchange

To save time and money please make sure you measure twice to ensure you have the correct size for your pooch (check our size guide)

If for any reason you would like to return your product(s), we will happily accept your return under these conditions.

Conditions:

• You need to return your item(s) within 7 days starting from the day you receive your order. 

• ALL original tags must be attached for hygiene reasons. The item(s) need to be in the same state you received them, this meaning hair free, unaltered and unwashed

• Please note we do not refund however we can offer you a store credit allowing you to choose another item and the shipping will be at your cost

• We do not refund original shipping costs that is why we highly recommend you measure before purchasing

• Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Any claims after 60 days will not be valid as it may be considered normal wear and tear. We need to be provided with pictures/ videos of the product

• We do not accept returns because of a change in mind, only if the item is faulty etc

• We do not offer refunds on sale items, however we do offer store credits and the return of the items will be at your cost
